It was one of those at the right place, at the right time type of meetings. Fate as some people would call it. There was a get together for students and Womo decided to go, even though he wasn’t technically a student, and that’s where he met Yushan.

He knew he wanted to make their engagement special and came up with an idea that described the two of them perfectly. As described by Womo, Yushan might forget where she placed a thing or two and he decided to play with that. He had given her a promise ring before and asked her why she never wears it anymore. So Yushan went on a hunt for the ring and when she found it in the bathroom, womo had switched it with an engagement ring! He then proposed right then and there and she said yes! 

So sometimes the Stars Align and I was able to shoot at my favorite place ever, Yosemite National Park, with an awesome couple. These two love to travel and Yosemite is one of their favorite spots as well, so we took full advantage of a trip to shoot there. It ended up being the nicest day in the valley and of course that meant the most people I’ve ever seen in Yosemite! This meant a bunch of people walking by and congratulating the two!  These guys are seriously the sweetest and funniest couples I’ve been lucky to photograph. They are seriously the cutest and I can’t wait for their wedding next month!

So much happiness and love throughout our entire shoot! Womo knows exactly what to say to get Yushan to laugh uncontrollably.

Once the session was over the two also decided to take pictures of tunnel view. One of Yosemites most notorious views (thanks Ansel Adams) So I was able to snag a couple myself.

Thanks so much again Yushan and Womo! I can’t tell you how much fun you made this shoot and you made my dream come true in shooting an engagement in Yosemite! You guys are the best and I can’t wait until your wedding day!
